  • My services are geared towards companies, focusing on mid and upper management. However, if your organization or group, doesn’t match this profile and you are interested in my offerings please reach out, I would love to hear from you!

  • There are several good reasons:

    • Studies show, that diverse companies are ultimately more successful (link McKinsey report)

    • Customers are more and more conscious of where to buy products. Many people prefer to purchase items from diverse companies and companies run by marginalized people.

    • Prevention and/or reduction of employees' sick leave. Without DEIB trainings, companies may not be aware how everyday interactions, stress and lack of correcting discriminatory behaviour increase the risk of marginalized people getting sick. Even when this is not the intention and people from all walks of life are welcome, there may be exclusive practices at play nonetheless.

    • Depending on the country you are in, your company may be legally required to ensure that no-one treated unfairly based on their race, gender, economic status, looks etc.

  • If your company is already diverse, yoou’ve completed an improtant first step! To truly integrate DEIB into every layer of your organization, simply having representation isn't enough. The real challenge lies in ensuring that diverse voices are heard and valued at all levels, from entry-level positions to executive leadership. This requires a strategic approach: implementing long-term policies that foster an inclusive culture, providing DEIB training, and establishing clear pathways for advancement and success

Unintentional discrimination can still occur despite efforts to be fair, often because of unconscious biases and systemic factors that are not immediately obvious.
